SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within the UK may take approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping orders out of the UK can take up to 7-21 business days to arrive. Shipping fees out of the UK will be added at the end of your checkout. All tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

Nelsons Deluxe is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it, you MUST check your Tracking Number. For all wholesale orders PLEASE allow 14-21 business days due to COVID-19 there has been a slight delay with orders.
